| Abstract: This package provides instructions and forms necessary for States to report, by gender, race and ethnicity, the number of children with disabilities who: a) are served under IDEA, Part C; and b) exit Part C because of program completion and for other reasons. This package also provides instructions and forms necessary for States to report, by race and enthnicity, the number of children with disabilities served in different program settings. Data are obtained from state and local service agencies and are used to assess and monitor the implementation of IDEA and for Congressional reporting. |
