| Abstract: To receive an award under the Grants to States for Training Incarcerated Youth Offenders programs, State Correctional Education Agencies (SCEA) must submit an application that includes a state plan describing how the program will operate. In addition, states must also submit an Eligible Population Data Request Form necessary to run the annual allocation formula and an evaluation report. The latter two collections must be submitted each of the three grant years. |
